Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Wireless Sales Pro to join Premium’s wireless team in Carrollton, GA. You will close sales, upsell accessories, and help customers choose plans, while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

This part-time position offers an hourly base with uncapped commissions, requires 8–10 hour shifts, and may include weekends and holidays. Training and coaching are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
