Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking Part-Time Retail Sales Associates to join the Walmart Wireless Sales Program at Walmart, Bessemer, AL. You will engage with customers about post-paid/pre-paid plans, wireless accessories, and service plans while helping the team reach goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months in sales, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or events.
• Greet customers and offer assistance; guide to displays and solutions.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Document and report sales accurately; maintain clean, presentable workstations.
• Contribute to team effort and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
