Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions. Base pay plus uncapped commission with paid 3-week training is offered. This on-site role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and nearby locations.

Ideal candidates communicate well, are self-starters, and have retail or hospitality experience. Authorized to work in the U.S. and ready for background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Hospitality background.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
