Connectivity Source is hiring for Retail Sales Representative positions in our network of stores. You can earn $19–$23 per hour including bonuses, with opportunities for spiffs, raises, and advancement. New hires may receive a $400 payout ramp-up and competitive salary packages.

Ideal candidates bring energy, a customer-first mindset, and a willingness to engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting. Open availability is required, and the role includes recognizing incentives and a strong team

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
