Job summary

Luna Wireless is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join a fast-paced team as brand ambassadors for the T-Mobile brand. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate devices, and drive sales in-store, building relationships and loyalty in a dynamic retail environment.

Openings exist for full-time and part-time roles. Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred but not required. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and customer service skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product selection and service plans.
• Demonstrate and explain devices and services to customers.
• Capture and follow up on leads, hand off small business opportunities where applicable.
• Provide excellent customer experience and build loyalty.
