Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring a Wireless Sales Pro for Premium’s wireless locations in Texarkana. The role focuses on meeting and exceeding sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundles, while proactively engaging customers and explaining wireless options.

This part-time position offers a base hourly rate with uncapped commissions, opportunities for advancement, and a coaching-driven culture. Must be able to stand 8–10 hours and work peak times, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
