Job summary

Talk4less Wireless in Lake City, SC is hiring a Wireless Consultant for full‑time sales and customer service. You will greet customers, learn promos, process transactions, and maintain organized displays while supporting store operations and policy updates.

This role focuses on delivering excellent service, achieving retention goals, and working flexible hours at multiple locations. Prior wireless sales or cash handling experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, POS systems, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, greeting in a friendly & timely manner, creating a positive work environment.
• Learning new promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Proficiency in administrative and operational tasks – filing paperwork and forms, communicating with management to resolve issues.
• Maintains store cleanliness, stocks accessories, and keeps displays current and compliant to corporate standards.
• Uses time management to open/close the store, ensures sensitive items are secured.
• Promotes cricket store team and delivers outstanding service to retain and gain customers.
