Talk4less Wireless is seeking a proactive Wireless Consultant to join our team. You will greet customers, learn current promos, manage basic store operations, and help customers select no-contract phones, service plans, and accessories.

Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required, with growth opportunities into store leadership. Join our fast-paced environment and contribute to a fun, customer-first culture while meeting sales and retention goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Wireless sales experience with multiple carriers is nice but not required.
• Management experience helpful for advancement but not required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and POS systems; cash handling experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly customer service and greet customers promptly.
• Explain promos, price changes and policy updates to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize displays per corporate standards.
• Open and close the store, manage cash and secure sensitive items.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, plans and accessories; retain customers and resolve issues.
