Job summary

Liberty Latin America is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to drive customer experience and achieve store sales objectives. You will sell all wireless and wired products and services, complete contracts and warranties, pull inventory, process payments, and finalize orders while staying current on promotions and pricing plans.

You will train and demonstrate products to customers, handle service inquiries with courtesy, and provide feedback on local competition to store leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in Customer Service and/or Sales.
• Telecommunications field experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills; Windows proficiency; ability to multitask across screens.

Responsibilities

• Sell all (wireless and wired) products and services and meet sales objectives.
• Handle contracts, warranties, payments, and finalizing orders.
• Pull products from inventory and process orders; maintain inventory awareness.
• Stay knowledgeable on pricing plans, promotions, and service features; provide feedback on local competition.
• Provide courteous customer service and product demonstrations; educate customers on offerings.
• Submit transaction journals daily; assist with merchandising resets and inventory counts.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Code of Conduct; follow safety standards.
