Job summary

RedLion Mobility is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team in our New York stores. You will engage customers, present telecom products, and help residential customers connect to essential services.

This role offers a $20 per hour base plus monthly commissions, with expected hours around 40 per week and a total compensation range of $45,000 to $75,000 annually depending on performance. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling wireless, mobile, cable, internet, or retail services preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to a performance-driven culture.
