Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring energetic Retail Sales Representatives to drive sales of mobile, internet, TV, and related services in our retail stores. You will engage customers, recommend suitable bundles, and aim to surpass sales and commission targets.

We offer monthly commissions, paid training, advancement opportunities, and potential top-performer trips, with a typical schedule of about 40 hours per week. Base pay is $20/hour plus commissions.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, or retail.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services; upsell and cross-sell.
Meet or exceed individual and commission-based sales goals.
Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
Build relationships and contribute to brand loyalty.
