Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Passionate customer advocate with a competitive drive.
• Willingness to learn and share ideas with the team.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with their shopping journey and provide hands-on technology demonstrations.
• Sell personalized solutions and own the customer experience.
• Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experiences and innovations.
