Rymco LLC is seeking energetic Wireless Retail Sales Advocates to represent Cricket Wireless in our Ohio stores. You’ll deliver outstanding service, explain wireless plans, and help customers choose devices that fit their needs.

This full-time role offers base pay up to $20/hour plus performance commissions, with top advocates earning up to $28/hour. Benefits include PTO, employee discounts on services and products, and paid training.

Qualifikationen

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred).
• Sales or marketing background (Preferred, not required).

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.

• Handle customer issues with care and elevate when necessary.
