Wireless Sales Pro – Acosta Group

Description and Requirements

Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 retail outlets via Walmart Supercenters, supported by a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you will connect shoppers with the wireless products and solutions they want.

What will you do

• Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively initiate conversations with Walmart customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Maintain wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

How will you succeed

• Display a high‑energy personality and natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting customers in a high‑traffic environment.
• Stay hungry to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.

Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory; you must be driven to learn. We’ll teach everything you need to know through ongoing in‑store and online training.
