Job summary

Premium operates wireless locations in North America and is hiring now. As a Wireless Sales Pro, you will close sales through hustle, creativity, and problem-solving, helping shoppers with wireless products and solutions that meet their needs.

You will meet sales goals by promoting phone sales, upgrades, and accessories, while proactively engaging customers and explaining wireless options in clear terms.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience or knowledge of wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.
• Able to stand/move for 8–10 hour shifts.
• Willing to work peak times including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

As one of Premium's Wireless Sales Professionals, your retail efforts will sincerely connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions they want and need.
