Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Wireless Sales Pro in HARLAN, KY to drive sales, assist customers with wireless solutions, and upsell accessories. This part-time role rewards initiative, strong customer service, and proactive engagement in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will be the go-to wireless expert, closing sales and helping customers set up and activate new products while maintaining attractive displays. Training and coaching support are provided to help you thrive.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

What experience should you have?

• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.
