PRE-US in Bakersfield, CA is hiring a Wireless Sales Pro to drive in-store phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.

You’ll engage customers, explain wireless plans in simple terms, and build personalized product baskets while keeping planogram displays stocked and neat. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly base with the potential to earn commissions, flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and a team devoted to coaching and achievement.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers to identify needs.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
