PRE-US in Nashville, North Carolina is hiring Wireless Sales Professionals to drive sales of wireless products and accessories within Premium’s retail network. You will engage shoppers, explain solutions clearly, and tailor product bundles to individual needs.

• Meet and exceed sales goals by selling wireless products and accessories.

• Recommend personalized product baskets and assist with setup and activation of new products.
• Keep wireless plan displays stocked and presentable.

What will you do?

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

• Motivating, coaching, and leading your team members to complete the tasks at hand. Displaying a high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting customers in a high-traffic environment.

• Being able to stand/move around for 8-10-hour shifts.
• Maintaining flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

What experience should you have?
