Acosta Group, operating Premium Retail Services in Walmart Wireless locations, seeks a Full-Time Sales Manager to lead a team of sales reps across 3+ markets in the San Diego area. You’ll drive targets, coach staff, recruit talent, and implement in-store strategies to maximize growth and customer engagement.

The role offers a base salary plus a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits, with ongoing training to master wireless plans, devices and promotions.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience or knowledge of the wireless industry is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.
• Company will provide in-store and online training to teach wireless plans, services, devices and promotions.
• Charismatic communication skills and ability to match customers with the right product and services.
