Job summary

Victra is seeking full-time Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service in our retail stores. You will be the face of Victra, guiding guests through product benefits and solutions to create an exceptional in-store experience.

You will strive to meet monthly sales goals, work with peers and leaders, and engage customers with authentic, fun interactions while supporting merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
At least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with customers in a fun, authentic way.
Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech.
Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
