Victra is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to join our in-store team and deliver world-class service that connects guests to what matters most. You will use your customer service skills and product knowledge to create an outstanding in-store experience.

You will work to achieve monthly sales goals, collaborate with peers and store leaders, and provide solution recommendations. The role includes merchandising support and a focus on guest satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
