Victra is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests to the technology they need. You will drive sales, assist with merchandising, and support store operations while serving as the face of Victra.

Earn uncapped commissions with a base hourly rate and ramp-up during the first 60 days. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K match, tuition reimbursement, and vendor perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays (Nov–Dec) and peak vacation periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
