You will connect guests to what matters most, becoming the face of Victra, with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement. As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will drive in-store experiences using your passion for technology and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself while connecting and having fun doing it.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
