Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. This part-time position in a Victra retail store involves driving sales, sharing product knowledge, and delivering an outstanding in-store experience while building personal connections with guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
