As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will control your career in a retail store, using your talents and customer service skills to create the ultimate in-store experience, driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak season.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and be yourself while connecting and having fun doing it.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
