Job summary

AT&T in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select devices and services using a consultative approach. You’ll guide options on the sales floor and participate in community events, online order fulfillment, and outbound outreach.

Expect a 9am–9pm schedule, weekends included, with weekly hours and ongoing coaching to help you succeed. Training is provided if you’re new to sales, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community by assisting with events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance seniority-based scheduling.
