Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Twin Falls, ID to drive in-store sales with a consultative approach. You will engage customers with personalized options, participate in events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to grow the customer base.

The role supports a schedule from 9am to 9pm including weekends, with training provided to help you achieve targets. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Training and coaching provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options on the sales floor.
• Support events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends; 40-hour workweek with 2 weeks advanced seniority-based scheduling.
