Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Mentor, Ohio. You’ll guide customers with a consultative approach, helping them explore options across AT&T’s products and services.

You’ll also handle online orders, outreach to customers, and participate in community events to drive sales and service excellence. With a schedule typically 9am–9pm including weekends, you’ll earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Participate in community events and stay updated on AT&T products.
