Victra, Verizon's premier retailer in the United States, seeks a full-time Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service in our store. You will drive sales, share product knowledge, and connect guests with the right wireless solutions while creating an engaging in-store experience.

We're looking for a friendly communicator who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, can work evenings and weekends, and is legally authorized to work in the U.S. Training is provided and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
