As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will drive sales, learn from store leaders, and provide outstanding customer service. Training is provided, with an emphasis on product knowledge and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service or retail/sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays (Nov–Dec) and peak periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations through exceptional service.
