Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests to what matters most. You will drive sales, learn the Victra process, and create memorable in-store experiences.

You will train through New Hire University, earn base pay with uncapped commissions, and enjoy benefits like health insurance, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
