Job summary

Cellular World is seeking a personable Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car and accessories while promoting the full AT&T lifestyle solutions, including DIRECTV and Internet.

You will drive sales with a strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and continuous learning, aiming to meet or exceed monthly targets while enjoying competitive pay, commissions and a monthly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

Must have great, outgoing personality and commitment to exemplary customer service.
Ability to stand for long periods and work weekends/holidays during peak selling periods.
Strong communication and collaboration to achieve team sales goals.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives by selling a portfolio of wireless, wearables, devices and AT&T services.
Build total solutions for customers, including DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream and Internet to complete the experience.
Provide extraordinary customer service and support through understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
