Job summary

Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers connect with wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car devices, accessories, device protection and home entertainment options like DIRECTV and Internet.

You will build total solutions to meet monthly sales objectives while delivering an outstanding customer experience, with a base pay plus commissions and a monthly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Pass background check.
• Excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate toward and understanding their needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family or business. Represent our Company and the AT&T brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
• Excel in selling all AT&T's products and services, including entertainment.
• Attend off-site promotional events during and after business hours.
