Job summary

Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending AT&T wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions in-store. You will deliver an engaging, high-energy shopping experience that drives sales and builds lasting relationships.

We offer base pay plus a competitive commission plan ($40,000 to $50,000+ per year potential), a ramp-up bonus during the first 3 months, comprehensive training, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience is required; retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs.
