Prime Communications, the largest AT&T retailer in the U.S., is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless tech, entertainment, and connectivity solutions. Build an exceptional in-store experience and grow with the team.

This role offers base pay plus commission, a ramp-up bonus, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance into leadership. You’ll work evenings and weekends and represent the AT&T brand in your local community.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
