Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and help customers choose wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs. This role includes earning commissions and advancing within a company that promotes from within.

You will join a team at one of over 2,000 locations and contribute to community relations while meeting sales goals and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
