Job summary

Prime Communications, LP is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in the United States to help customers stay connected by recommending AT&T products and services. You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience and work with a motivated team to meet sales goals.

The position offers base pay plus a competitive commission plan ($40,000 to $50,000+ per year) with a New Hire Ramp-Up Bonus during the first 3 months, plus opportunities for training and career growth, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
