Prime Communications, a leading AT&T retailer, seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and recommend wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions. You will join a high-energy team focused on growth, community engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Base pay plus commission offers a $40,000–$50,000+ annual potential, with a ramp-up bonus during the first three months, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation to store location.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
• Recommend AT&T products, devices and entertainment solutions.
• Hit sales goals and participate in a commission plan.
