Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, Point-of-Sale systems, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and greeting customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Learn promotions, price changes, and policy updates.
• Handle administrative and operational tasks, including filing paperwork and communicating with management to resolve issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and keep displays current and compliant to corporate standards.
• Utilize time management to ensure the store opens on time, closes properly, and sensitive items are secured.
• Be a passionate customer advocate and engage with customers in a friendly, confident manner.
• Support the Cricket store team and participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various locations.
