Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services in Bismarck, ND is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers using a consultative approach and help them choose the right devices and services. The role includes events, order fulfillment, and outbound calls to customers, with a structured 9am–9pm schedule that may include weekends.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and we provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Must be able to guide customers with a consultative approach.
• Ability to learn and apply company-provided tools and training.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you will use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You will be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work schedule is 9am-9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules are provided 2 weeks in advance.
• You may engage in other duties as needed to meet customer needs and sales goals.
