Prime Communications, LP in Burley, Idaho, is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers, recommend AT&T wireless products, devices and entertainment solutions, and help people stay connected while meeting sales goals.

You'll earn base pay plus commission ($40,000 to $50,000+ per year potential), participate in a ramp-up bonus, and gain access to training, benefits, and employee discounts. Evening/weekend availability and at least 32 hours per week are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
