Prime Communications in Ellsworth, ME is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by suggesting wireless solutions that fit their needs. You will contribute to a welcoming in-store experience and represent the AT&T brand in the local community.

The role offers base pay plus a competitive commission plan, with a ramp-up bonus and opportunities for career growth within a large national retailer. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.

Formación

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
