Job summary

Wireless Plus, Inc. in South San Francisco is seeking a results-driven wireless sales associate to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and consistently hit monthly sales goals.

You will also manage leads via Verizon's engagement platform, text prospects to drive store traffic, and support local events to strengthen community presence. A commission-based structure rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Willingness to work a full retail schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Commission-driven with proven sales results.
• Comfortable on a busy sales floor and converting walk-ins.

Responsibilities

• On the floor: deliver an excellent in-store customer experience and sell Verizon plans, devices, upgrades, accessories.
• Hit individual sales goals, activation targets, and attach metrics.
• Handle customer questions, account changes, and issue resolution professionally.
• Work with assigned leads in Verizon's lead and engagement platform and follow up.
• Run outbound text/SMS outreach to re-engage past and prospective customers.
• Support local events to drive store traffic.
