Job summary

Wireless Plus, Inc. in San Francisco seeks a retail sales associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while selling Verizon wireless plans, devices, upgrades, and accessories.

You will work a full retail schedule, hit monthly sales targets, and leverage leads from Verizon's platform to drive conversions. In this role you’ll manage customer questions, process account changes, and resolve issues with professionalism, teamwork, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer-facing experience (wireless preferred).
• Commission-driven with proven ability to hit sales goals.
• Able to thrive on a busy sales floor and convert walk-ins into sales.
• Motivated to work leads and stay productive during slower periods.
• Comfortable learning and using sales, CRM, and customer messaging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work retail shifts and deliver an excellent in-store customer experience.
• Sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, upgrades, accessories, and business solutions.
• Hit individual sales goals, activation targets, and attach metrics.
• Handle customer questions, account changes, and issue resolution with professionalism.
• Follow up on assigned leads through Verizon's lead and engagement platform.
• Run outbound text and SMS outreach to re-engage past and prospective customers.
• Support and staff local community and business events that drive store traffic.
