Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in retail sales or similar.
• Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals; process transactions and activate plans.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and brand standards; deliver excellent service.
• Work with team to maximize store sales performance.
