Job summary

DSI Systems, Inc. is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T inside a store-within-a-store in Asheville, North Carolina. You will engage customers, explain wireless plans and devices, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail environment.
• Identify needs through consultative selling and listening.
• Educate customers on wireless products, plans, and services.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding goals.
• Process transactions and activate service plans.
• Maintain product knowledge and confidence in solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
