Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to educate customers on AT&T products and guide them through the buying process. You will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The role offers strong base pay with commissions, ongoing paid training, and opportunities for advancement across our growing network.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)

• Engage with My Wireless customers and educate them on AT&T products and services.
• Guide customers through the buying process to help them make informed decisions.
