RedLion Mobile in Louisiana is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to join our fast-growing telecom brand. You will help residential customers connect to fiber, internet, mobile, and TV services in our in-store environment.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to meet sales goals. You must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays, and capable of standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Explain pricing and promotions clearly to customers.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
