Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process.
