Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks a Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, educate on AT&T offerings, and guide them through purchase decisions in a fast-paced store setting.

You’ll work a flexible schedule, earn strong base pay with commissions, and access paid training plus advancement opportunities. Growth is supported by contests and incentives, with a team-focused, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred).
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required).

Responsibilities

• Engage with My Wireless customers, educating them on AT&T products and services.
• Guide customers through the buying process to help them make informed decisions.
• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to assist buying decisions and satisfaction.
• Participate in training to develop skills toward top performance and advancement.
• Maintain a fun, clean and energetic work environment for customers and team members.
• Collaborate with team to exceed individual and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities daily.
